I had to make a unexpected call one Sunday morning to Thompsons, my father passed away and being the first time I had to do this I was honestly lost. Met with the staff that Sunday and explained everything and without hesitation Thompson's stepped in. They even had to travel out of state to Charleston and still they made it happen without hesitation. It was nothing but understanding, wonderful communication, the service was really, really great, better than I could have expected it to be. They walked me through everything, what was needed what the next steps were, what to expect etc. Ms. Ashley is absolutely wonderful, she was beyond helpful and I will forever be grateful, thankful and blessed to have Thompson's Funeral home to help me in my time of need. I will most certainly highly recommend them to anyone. God bless the staff and especially Ms. Ashley, they were extremely dedicated to the people and to their needs. I could not ask for any other place or any other better people/staff here at Thompsons. - A HUGE THANK YOU and GOD BLESS!
