William Ransome

Mr. William Eugene Ransome, 77 of Pembroke, NC. “Gene” was born May 27, 1947, and he departed his life April 24, 2025 at Harborview of Lumberton, NC.

Mr. Ransome was preceded in death by his father, Mr. William Priest; his mother, Mrs. Janie Freeman and a brother, Robert Ransome.

Mr. Ransome leaves to cherish his memory of five children, Lori Kroko (Tom), Gina Ransome, Brian “Charlie” Ransome, Kevin Ransome and Sonya Ransome; fourteen grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren.

Gene always had a passion for cars. He could always start laughter in any room.
