Wanda Jane (Harris) Bullard

   Wanda Jane Bullard 52 of Maxton NC was born March 18, 1969 to the late Carl B. Harris and Annie J. Locklear Harris. Wanda completed her life’s journey on September 15, 2021 at UNC Health Southeastern Regional Medical Center. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and sister. Her greatest joy was sharing time with her family. Preceding her in death is her father Carl B. Harris and mother Annie J. Locklear Harris, along with her daughter Christy Jacobs. 

   Wanda leaves behind her loving husband James Bullard of the home, her son Howard L. Jacobs, two grandsons, Jeremiah Paul Lynn Graham, and Quilion Lamar Jacobs all of Fairmont NC. Her brothers Carl Harris, Ennis Harris (Hope), Steven Harris (Shanita) and one sister Loretta Locklear (Brantley) all of Maxton NC. One niece Tiffany Harris and two nephews, Timothy Harris and Craig Harris all of Maxton NC. Along with a host of loving family and friends.
