Victor "Vic" Ransom

     Victor Ransom, known to all as “Vic,” 56, of the Pembroke community was born to Elsie Ransom Scott and Norman Strickland on May 30, 1964 and departed this life on January 22, 2021 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC. Victor was preceded in death by his loving father; his sister Nancy Ransom; maternal grandmother Dellar Brewer; paternal grandparents Braxton and Lula (Woods) Strickland; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and beloved friends.

     Victor leaves behind to cherish his memory: Julianna Lowery, his wife of 27 years; two sons: Stephen Thomas Lowery and wife Jordan, and Lucas Lowery; three daughters: Kennedy Ediana, Jenson Brye and Lensington Marlowe; eight grandchildren: Jhetta Grayce, Kourtland Kohl, Mabry Darryl, Peyton Elizabeth, Ryndal Slade, Autumn Skye, Ensleigh Haize, and Brodhi Brixton; his mother, Elsie Ransom Scott; one brother, Michael Strickland and one beloved cousin, Ricky Ransom. He leaves behind a multitude of relatives and friends, many who were like family.
