Mr. Tracy “Dave” Bullard of Maxton was born Sunday, July 18, 1937 in Robeson County to the late Norvell and Jessie Bell Bullard and passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2020 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center completing his journey of 83 years.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers: Archie Bullard, Ardell Bullard, Lacy Bullard and Norman Ray Bullard; three sisters: Bessie Mae Bullard, Mary Ellen Locklear and Carrie Mae Locklear.
Mr. Bullard leaves to cherish his memories, his loving and faithful wife of 61 years: Mrs. Ruthie Mae Bullard of the home; three sons: Calvin Kent Bullard (Brendette) of Maxton, Trent Bullard (Krista) of Pembroke and Terlance Dean Bullard (April) of Maxton; one brother: Freddie “Teet” Bullard (Agnes) of Maxton; three sisters: Mary Bell Locklear, Earo Jacobs and Florence Ella Bullard all of Maxton; six grandchildren: Ethan, Seth, Joshua, Terra, Jacob and Jeremiah as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Mr. Dave enjoyed working in his garden, he loved spending time with his family but more than anything he loved serving the Lord. He was a faithful member of Preston Gospel Chapel for 60 years. He was a man who gave selflessly and loved immeasurably.
