Shawna Marie Jones

Shawna Marie Jones, 29, of Maxton, NC departed her earthly home Friday July, 2, 2021.

Ms. Jones was preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond and Doshie Jones and her adoptive parents, John and Frances Baxley.

She leaves behind to cherish their memories together, her mother, Kathy Joann Jones and step father Terry Hunt both of Maxton; father, Jack Strickland of Rowland; her daughter, Aaliyah Cheyenne Jones of the home; one sister, Melinda Sue Jones (Bill) of Springlake; one brother, Joseph Jones of Maxton; adoptive brother and sister, Jonathon and Nina Jones both of Pembroke; two step brothers, Austin and Adrian Hunt both of Pembroke; two half-sisters, Tasha Lowry of Maxton and Brandie Strickland of Rowland; one half-brother, Brandon Strickland of Rowland; two very special people who were dear to Shawna, Evan Dial and Jaime Jones and many friends and loved ones who loved and cherished Shawna.
