Ryan Dell Jacobs Jr.

Mr. Ryan Dell “Pap” Jacobs Jr., 43, of Pembroke, N.C., was born April 13, 1981, and departed his life on January 18, 2025, at Perish City Baton Rouge Louisiana Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his father, Berlin Ray Brooks, and brother, Christopher Ray Hunt.

He leaves to cherish his memories to his mother, Emmalene Jacobs of Pembroke, N.C.; his three children: Amerikus O’Ryiah Jacobs, Nyan Brooke Jacobs, and Ryan Dell Jacobs Jr. III; one sister: Holonda Culbertson (Jason); one brother: Marlon Jacobs (Kimberly); four nephews: Zachery Locklear, Triston Culbertson, Tyler Jacobs, and Dalon Culbertson; two nieces: Jazalon Culbertson and Alyonna Jacobs; his maternal grandmother: Asa Oxendine; two aunts: Francine Jacobs and Berlene Oxendine (Lem Jr); his girlfriend Quessie Lynn Locklear; a very special cousin: Brent Oxendine, and a host of relatives and friends.

Services will be held at: New Harvest Ministries (457 Wesley Rd. Rowland, NC 28383).
