Roscoe "Mouse" Locklear

Mr. Roscoe “Mouse” Locklear, age 81 of Pembroke, NC began his life on July 15, 1937 and began his life in eternity on February 14, 2019.

He is preceded in death by his parents Briscoe and Carrie Locklear, his wife, Elma Lee Locklear and a daughter, Gwenever Locklear.

Roscoe appreciated many mediums of art, and enjoyed studying and preserving history, particularly history of Native Americans, working steadfastly, traveling, visiting family and friends, debating politics and admired classic ford cars and trucks. Most importantly, Roscoe accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

He leaves to cherish his memories, five children; Joann Locklear, Maxine (Don) Locklear, Fredia (Tim) Lanham, Philip (Mandy) Locklear and Scott (April) Locklear. He was blessed with 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends
