Mrs. Rosa Lee Jolicoeur, 84, of Maxton, N.C. was born on February 2, 1936 and died September 15, 2020, at Village Green Nursing home. Mrs. Jolicoeur was the daughter of the late Mr. Cecil Locklear and Ms. Em Locklear. Mrs. Jolicoeur was a dedicated Home Economics teacher for 46 years.
Mrs. Jolicoeur is survived by her four sons; Billy D. Locklear (Ponell) of Pembroke, Michael Locklear of Maxton, Paul R. Jolicoeur Jr. (Caroline) of Lumberton, Jonathan David Jolicoeur (Danyel) of Maxton; 10 grandchildren, Nickolas, Patrick, Brian, Lucretia, Evan, Lucas, Hunter, Emme, Jonathan Jr., and Dashiell. Three great-grandchildren; Lucianna, Logan and Nixon. Special family and friends who served as caregivers; Joyce Locklear, Amanda Lowery Miller, Ruby Locklear & Kay Locklear.
Mrs. Jolicoeur was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Paul R Jolicoeur, Sr., daughter Sarener, son-in-law Johnny Moser, and her parents Ms. Em Locklear and Mr. Cecil Locklear.
