Roger Dean (Lardy) Hunt

Mr. Roger Dean Hunt “Lardy”, age 71 of Deep Branch Community, was born September 30, 1948 to the late Mr. Clifton and Mrs. Marguette Hunt and departed this life on Wednesday, July 8, 2020. 

He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Ms. Barbar Lloyd and one brother, Mr. Glenn Ray Hunt “Fuzz”.  

Lardy is survived by his wife of 39 years, Teresa Hunt; three children, Bridget Anlauf (Jon), Kelly Lowery (Mike) and Roger Hunt, Jr. (Alese); his siblings, Kenford Hunt, Judy Hunt(Pete) and Kemer Revels; his grandchildren, Xavier Dial, Ayianna S. Dial, Makenley S. Lowery, Weslyn R. Lowery, Amelie J. Hunt, and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Roger “Lardy” was a retired construction worker, inactive deacon at Deep Branch Baptist Church and a loving Husband and Father to children. He will surely be missed by all who loved and knew him.
