Randolph Bullard

Randolph “Randy” Bullard, 75, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2024, at his home in Pembroke, NC.

Randolph was born on November 19, 1949, in Robeson County to the late Wolfheally and Eva Mae Bullard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Cecil Lane Bullard, and Cecil Dwayne Locklear, whom he loved as a son.

Born into a family of farmers, Randolph spent most of his life working the land, embracing the challenges and rewards that came with farming. During high school, he proudly played on the football team, and shares fond memories of those days with friends and family. Randolph was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church and cultivated a deep faith in the Lord.

Randolph had a love for the simple joys in life. He spent countless hours riding the roads in his truck, checking crops, visiting friends, and stopping at local stores or restaurants to catch up and share a laugh. As anyone who knew him could attest, Randolph loved to joke and tell stories. He had a gift of bringing smiles and laughter to others with his quick wit and sense of humor.

Randolph enriched the lives of everyone who knew him and will be greatly missed by all those who were blessed to have known him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Ann Bullard; his granddaughter, Sydney Kay Madrid (Derek); his great-granddaughter, Meli Kay Madrid; his brother, Glenndale Bullard; and his nephew, Cecil Aaron Bullard (Victoria) and a close cousin, Sarah Baxley. Randolph also leaves behind Bobby Locklear, a dear neighbor and friend, who was like a son to him, along with a host of cherished relatives and friends.
