Preacher Bobby Dean Locklear

Preacher Bobby Dean Locklear 84, of  The Prospect community, was born on November 4, 1935 to the late James K. and Maudie Locklear of Prospect, NC. He departed this life to reign with his maker on November 8, 2019.

In addition to his parents, Preacher Bobby is preceded in death by his five sisters, Annie Neal, Lois, Della Jean, Shelby Jean and two brothers Danny and Delton.

Preacher Bobby leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 62 years, Margie Locklear;  three children Brenda (Walt) Locklear, Bobby (Royce) Locklear and Terry Locklear; five grandchildren, Byron (Casey) Locklear, Whitney (Philip) Oxendine, Candace Locklear, Mark (Lisa) Locklear and Elayna Locklear;   seven great-grandchildren, Emily, Gage, Axel, Gabby, Ava, Beatrice and Hunter and a host of other relatives and friends
