Paula Louise (Locklear) Locklear

Paula Louise Locklear Paula Louise Locklear, age 72 of 381 Bertha Jones Rd, Rowland, NC departed this life for her heavenly home on Tuesday October 28 2025 @ 4:25 am. 

Paula was born on July 19, 1953 in Robeson County North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Locklear. Her step-father Billy Oxendine. Her mother, Louise Deese Oxendine. A loving sister Jane Oxendine. A brother Kenny Locklear. And finally her eldest son Kenneth D Locklear. 

Paula is survived by three sons, Christopher Manuel, Robert Manuel, and Brian Manuel. Three Grand-daughters, Shaliho Locklear, Margaret Locklear, and Brianna Manuel. Two Grandsons, Aiden Jacob’s & Daylon Locklear. Two Great Grand Children, Braydon Wilkins & Annalysia Jacobs. Three Brothers, Harry Locklear, David Locklear, & Ronnie Locklear Two Sisters, Joan Locklear & Denise Oxendine. 

Miss Paula never met a stranger. She greeted all with a smile and had a vigorous passion for life. She loved to cook and feed people, She loved music and dancing, She loved people and building life long relationships. She worked hard and was always dedicated to the task at hand. Lastly, she was faithful in her walk with Christ her lord and savior.
