Patsy Ann (Goins) West

Mrs. Patsy Ann West, 73, of Rowland, was born on February 1, 1948, to the late Mr. Clifton & Mrs. Ethel Bell Locklear and departed this life to be with her heavenly Father December 18th, 2021.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Freddie West and two brothers, Mickey Goins and Harold Goins.

She is survived by four children, Mr. Eddie West (Christin), Ms. Pamela West, Mr. Stevie West and Mrs. Katina Locklear (Herman); five brothers, Mr. JC Goins, Mr. Johnny Goins, Mr. Kent Goins, Mr. Jimmy Goins and Mr. Donnie Goins;  10 grandchildren;15 great grandchildren; special friends, Mrs. Sandra Locklear, Mrs. Lucy Oxendine and Mrs. Linda Hunt and a host of other relatives and friends.
