Patsy A. Bullard

Mrs. Patsy A. Bullard 73, of Elrod Rd., Rowland NC, was born August 3, 1947 to the Late Mr. Gribby and Mrs. Queen E. Locklear.  She went to rest in the arms of Jesus on June 14, 2021.

   She is proceeded in death by her loving husband Mr. James A. Bullard; grandparents, Mr. William R. and Mrs. Pearly L. Brayboy and Mr. Isaiah and Mrs. Avella Locklear; a special uncle the late Mr. Clyde Brayboy.

   Mrs. Patsy is survived by her children: Mrs. Karn (Johnny) Scott, Mr. Ken Bullard, Mrs. Rita (Jamie) Bullard, Mr. Terry Bullard, Mr. Jamie (Amanda) Bullard and Mr. Eric (Tara) Bullard; 18 grandchildren and 17 Great-Grand Children. Her Sisters: Mrs. Judy Locklear, Mrs. Sherry Brewington, Mrs. Ilene Haywood, Mrs. Mary Jacobs, and Mrs. Julie Locklear. Her Brothers: Mr. Gribby Locklear Jr. and Mr. William Locklear. Five Special Friends: (The late) Almantha Crawford, Mrs. Deloris Caulder, Mrs. Cindy Whitted, Mrs. Maraland Clark and Mrs. Carol Hunt, A Special Sister-In-Law: Mrs. Mattie R. Locklear; Caregivers: Mrs. Rita Bullard, Mrs. Summer Bullard, Mrs. Ivy Whitcraft, Mrs. Amber Cummings, Mrs. Karen Scott, Mrs. Amanda Bullard and Mrs. Julie Locklear and a host of relatives and friends.
