Otha Neil Locklear

     Mr. Otha Neil Locklear, age 90, of Pembroke, NC was born March 8, 1930 to the late Mr. & Mrs. William R. Locklear. He departed this life Saturday, November 7, 2020 at his home surrounded by many of his children, grandchildren, great grands and in-laws. Quietly and peacefully he entered his eternal life.            

     He is preceded in death by his devoted and loving wife, Catherine Barton Locklear.

     Loved ones left to cherish his memory are, five daughters, Joann Locklear, Patricia L. Chavis, Vickie Locklear, Cathy L. Revels, Tammy Lowry and Honorary Daughter Danielle Locklear; two sons, Terry Locklear and Michael; five sisters, Rhonda McDowell, Fannie Franks, Rose Marie Jacobs and Mary Callie Scharf; 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
