Neeley Alvo Talley

Mr. Neeley Alvo Talley, age 82, of Pembroke, NC was born in Newport, Arkansas on January 27, 1938 and went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Morrison Manor Hospice House in Laurinburg, NC.

      He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Clifton and Annie Talley; his wife, Mrs. Earnestine (Tina) Talley; a sister, Annie L. Nichols and one brother, Norman Talley.

     Mr. Talley enlisted in the U.S Air Force where he was assigned to various duty stations around the world. Mr. Talley served his nation honorably for 20 years. Mr. Talley loved to tell his corny jokes, fishing and spending time with his family. He also loved being involved in Kingdom work by telling people about Jesus and inviting them to church. Mr. Talley was a faithful member of Pembroke First Baptist Church. He was loved by many and will be truly missed.

     Mr. Talley leaves to cherish his memories two sons, Michael Talley of Florida and David Talley of Arkansas; one daughter, Susan Stark of Illinois; one brother, Jay Talley of Illinois; step children, Sandra, Dorie, Tony and Glen; 16 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives, family and friends.

Due to the restrictions of Covid-19, this will be a drive up service in the parking lot.
