Lora B. Locklear born October 24, 1958, to the late Daniel Archie Bullard and Ella Locklear Bullard. She worked for more than 15 years as a sewing machine operator at West Point Stevens. She enjoyed gathering with friend and family laughing and remembering funny stories about the past. She is preceded in death by her husband John Locklear, and stepson Dewayne Locklear, her sibling’s Donald Bullard, Danny Bullard, Delma Bullard, Gary Bullard, and Daniel Bullard Jr. She is survived by her children; Rita Lisenby (Tim), John J. Locklear (Melissa) and Harley Locklear all of Pembroke; two stepchildren, Darlene Collins (Michael) of Pembroke and Victor Locklear (Cindy) of Maxton; four grandchildren, Travis Lisenby (Rachel), Timothy Lisenby Jr, Amber Lisenby, and Jaeline Locklear; four great grandchildren, Serenity, Alyssa, Madyson, and Amiyah; four brothers, Hilton Bullard (Linda) of Pembroke, Delton Bullard (Barbara) of Maxton, Jerry Bullard of Pembroke, Robert
Bullard (Amy) of Maxton; one sister, Ella Pierce (Howard) of Red Springs; one sister-in-law, Olinda Bullard; special friends, Diane Bullard and John Britt, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and friends
