Lisa Ann Goins-Milligan

Mrs. Lisa Ann Michelle Goins-Milligan 46, of Raeford, NC was born October 27, 1974 and went to her heavenly home on November 5, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parental grandparents, Mr. Henry and Mrs. Elizabeth (Bundy) Goins and her maternal grandparents, Mrs. Ester Pevia and Mr. James William Locklear.

Mrs. Lisa is survived by her husband, Mr. Jason Milligan; her parents, Mr. James Earl and Mrs. Janett  Pevia Goins; one brother, Mr. Richard Earl (JoAnne) Goins; one nephew, Mr. Logan James Goins; one niece, Ms. Alaina Michelle Goins; a special friend, Ms. Sissy Mylee Locklear and a host of relatives and friends.
