Mrs. Letha “Lea” Oxendine Freeman, 80, of Pembroke was born February 11, 1941 in Dillon County S.C. and departed this life to her heavenly home on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the home.
Mrs. Freeman is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Earlie Bruce Freeman; daughter, Ms. Shealeen Freeman; son, Mr. David Joel Freeman; father, Mr. James Oxendine; mother, Mrs. Evie L. Hammonds; one sister, Mrs. Margaret O. Revels; four brothers, Mr. Willie Oxendine, Mr. James Author Oxendine, Mr. Prathen Oxendine, and Mr. Johnny Oxendine.
Mrs. Freeman leaves to cherish her memories, two sisters, Mrs. Faye O. Dial of Maxton and Mrs. Joy Locklear (Carlie) of Pembroke; two daughters, Mrs. Loria Freeman Blackburn (Tim) of Saint Pauls and Mrs. Tiffany Freeman Scott (Bronnie) of Pembroke; three grandchildren, Zakia David Blackburn of Saint Pauls, Megan Deloris Scott and Dylon G. Scott of Pembroke; a loving family of nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host relatives and friends.
