Janice Marie Locklear

Ms. Janice Marie Locklear, age 62, of Pembroke, NC was born to her parents, the late John Frank and Pearlie Locklear in 1958.  She left her earthly home on August 29, 2021 overcoming her battle with cancer. She is now rejoicing in her heavenly home with our Lord and Savior.

Loved ones preceding her in death are her parents, John Frank and Pearlie Locklear; one sister, Glenda Locklear; two brothers, Harbert Locklear and Delton Ray Locklear; one sister-in-law, Valerie Locklear and three nephews, Cecil Locklear, John Locklear and Albert Locklear.

She leaves behind to remember and cherish her memories, two daughters, Michelle Oxendine (Loren) and Rose Lowery-Paul (Scott); five sisters, Barbara Bullard (Randolph), Pauline Montrenec (Gregory), Diane Locklear (Winford), Valentina Locklear (Welton) and Phyllis Smith (Ronald); one brother, Dennis Locklear; four grand-daughters, Ashton Oxendine, Kelsey Oxendine, Alyissa Oxendine and Hailie Oxendine; eight nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends
