James Sanderson

Mr. James Edward Sanderson, 96, of Pine Log Road Lumberton, NC, departed this life on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at GlenFlora Skilled Nursing Facility, Lumberton.  Mr.  James was preceded in death by his parents Alex and Sarah Sanderson; wife Maggie Sanderson and grandson Eddie Hunt.  

Mr. Sanderson is survived by two sons: Mr. Rudolph Sanderson of Maxton, NC and Mr.  Randall (Marilyn) Sanderson of Lumberton, NC  and daughter,  Starlie Mae (Merle) Hammonds of St. Paul’s, NC;  Seven grandchildren: Amy Chavis, Charlotte R. Wright, April Locklear, Tabitha Lucas, Janice McMillian and Haroldton Hunt, Jr.; and ten great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
