Henry Hunt

    Mr. Henry Hunt, 77 of Maxton, NC departed this life at Scotland Memorial Hospital on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 3:20 p.m.

      He is preceded in death by his parents Mr. Daniel & Ollie Mae Locklear Hunt; nine brothers, Winford, Edward, James, Fred, Willie, Forrest, Sanford, Doug and Archie and five sisters, Clarkie Bell, Maggie, Stella, Ollie Mae and Mary Bell.

      He was a very dedicated logger for over 45 years, a passion of his and something he enjoyed & loved doing. He was a Nascar lover until his final days. He enjoyed sitting under the shed as he could say talking to his friends that visited him on a daily basis.

      He leaves to cherish his memories his only daughter, Wonda Hunt (Tim); three grandsons; Trent (Jessica), Brandon and Trevor; two grandchildren who he loved spending time with, Trinity and Serenity and a host of other relatives and friends.
