Harvey Lee Junior Locklear

     Mr. Harvey Lee Junior Locklear was born March 24, 1983 in the Prospect Community. He completed his journey of 40 years here on earth, July 20, 2023 his preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Fay Jackson; his grandmother, Catherine Locklear. He lived his life as a loving , son, brother and a true friend. Mr. Locklear enjoyed fishing, hunting, his dogs and chickens. He also enjoyed antique hunting and collecting items.

     He is survived by his daddy, Harvey Jackson of the home; one brother, Joseph R Locklear (Serena) of Prospect; two sisters, Jessica L Locklear (Josh) and Jennifer F Jacobs (Earnie) both of Prospect. two nephews, Joseph B Locklear and Joshua L Jackson of Prospect; two nieces, Jennica P. Jacobs and Jaceonna S. Jacobs both of Prospect; his loving grandmother, Savanna Dial; his uncle Charles Wilkes (Danita), uncle Herbert Locklear and uncle Harvey Strickland all of Prospect; a two loving friends, Jennifer Locklear and Corey Locklear both of Prospect; also his close cousin, Michael Locklear of Prospect and a host of other relatives and friends.
