Harriel Cecil Locklear

Mr. Harriel Cecil Locklear, 78, of Pembroke, NC was born December 10, 1940 to his parents, the late Cecil and Dora Locklear and departed this life on November 30, 2019.

    He is preceded in death by one daughter, Rose Cummings; one son, Robert Locklear; one granddaughter, Seeson Locklear and one grandson, Joanthan Lloyd Locklear; one sister, Deloris Jacobs; two brothers, Carlie Locklear and Garry Locklear.

   Mr. Harriel leaves behind to cherish his memories three daughters, Lasonya Locklear, Sheila Locklear and Ingrid Scott; two sons, Ricky Locklear and Cecil Dale Locklear; a daughter that he raised, Sierra Locklear; his ex-wife, Opal Locklear; one brother, Clifford Locklear; a special nephew, James Carlie Locklear; eleven grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
