Mr. Harold Venson Locklear 72, of Rowland, NC entered this life on January 27, 1948 and departed this life on October 19, 2020.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Plummer and Vergie Locklear; his wife, Virginia Locklear and one brother, Purnell Baker.

He is survived by one son, Brandon Locklear; two brothers, Jason Baker and Ray Bullard; two sisters, Estelle Baker and Linda Bullard (Delton) and a host of other relatives and friends.
