Frances Mary (Cook) Lowery

Mrs. Frances “Frannie” Lowery, 65, of 51 Beck St, Red Springs, NC entered into eternal rest on Saturday, February 20, 2121. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland on August 6, 1955.  

She is preceded in death by her father, Gordan Fredrick Cook and her husband Arnold Lee Lowery.

 Mrs. Lowery leaves behind to cherish her loving memories, her daughter, Rose Bell (Rosie); three grandchildren she loved more than anything, Aiyanna Locklear, Ayden Locklear and Aveh Locklear; her mother, Mary Ellen Cook of Baltimore, Maryland; three sisters, Cathy Kauff, Patty Crawford and Eva Ellingson all of Baltimore, Maryland; a longtime family friend, Donna Blanks from Virginia and a host of other relatives and friends.
