Evelyn (Jacobs) Bullard

Mrs. Evelyn Jacobs Bullard, age 82, of 1443 Albert Road Pembroke, was born August 26, 1938 to the late Angus Bullard and Lillie Jacobs, and departed this life on September 16, 2020. She was preceded in death by her siblings, brothers Glen Jacobs, Ardell Jacobs, and Hollis Jacobs and her sisters, Carrie Locklear, Janie Hunt and Lois Jacobs; her first husband, Burl Winford Locklear and her second husband, Joseph Bullard and 2 grandchildren, James Brandon Locklear and Anastacia Locklear.

Mrs. Evelyn loved to cook and she was very good at it.  She also loved spoiling her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed and forever loved. Special thanks and forever gratitude to the Angels of Healthkeepers Hospice Agency.

She leaves to cherish her memory, three daughters, Cheryl Howington (Marvin), Phyllis Locklear (Wayne) and Drenna Locklear (Richard); one son, Roger Locklear (Camralita); 6 grandchildren, Scottie, Heather, Ashton, Zachary, Richard and Jared; 7 great grandchildren, Cole, Savannah, Caleb, Rachel, Nicholas, Brooklynn and Jaeani; a very special friend, Ms. Lola Ransom and a host of other relatives and friends.
