Ernestine "Tina" (Hunt) Talley

Mrs. Ernestine “Tina” Hunt Talley, 77, of Pembroke, was born on January 3, 1942.  She went home to be with the Lord May 26, 2019 at Morrison Manor Hospice House in Laurinburg.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Edgar and Mrs. Allie Retha Hunt; three brothers,  James E. Hunt, Nelson Eddy Hunt and Larry Hunt.

Mrs. Talley leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Mr. Neeley Tally of the home; two sons, Mr. Tony Walker (Danette) of Batesville Arkansas and Mr. Glenn Walker (Alicia) of Milton, Indiana; two daughters, Mrs. Sandra Brooks of Pembroke and Mrs. Dorwda Neuser (Walt) of Hartwell Georgia; a sister, Mrs. Dianne Hunt (David) of Fairmont; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Tina is remembered for her athletic abilities and talent in her youth at Fairgrove High School where she was a cheerleader and basketball player.  During her adulthood she played fast pitch softball until she was 50 years old she had a love for the outdoors, included fishing, hunting, and gardening.  She was a loving Christian, wife, mother and grandmother member of Pembroke First Baptist Church and WMU minitries who will be greatly missed.
