Ernest Locklear

Mr. Ernest Locklear, 74, of Hezekiah Road, Pembroke, NC was born August 27, 1946 in Robeson County and departed this life on June 15, 2021 at B & B Assisted Living in Maxton, NC.

Mr. Locklear was preceded in death by his wife Mrs. Bebe Lowery Locklear; his mother Ms. Precious Locklear; brothers Mr. Mark Locklear, Mr. Homer Locklear, Mr. Reese Bullard, Mr. June Bullard, and Mr. Evans Bullard; and sisters Ms. Frances Strickland, Mrs. Inez Chavis and Mrs. Iona Harris. 

Mr. Locklear is survived by two daughters, Ms. Shayla Locklear of Maxton and Mrs. Tabitha (Timothy) Blue of Prospect; two sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Jane Oliver of Denver and Mrs. Doris Locklear Pembroke; three brothers, Doug Locklear, Paul Locklear and Jimmy Jacobs all of Maxton; two grandchildren, Ms. Hailey Blue and Mr. Dustin Blue; a very special niece, Ms. Sonya Oxendine; his nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
