Emmer Jane Sanderson, born on March 5, 1946, entered into eternal rest on November 9, 2025, to be with her Heavenly Father. She was preceded in death by her sister, Mildred Barton; her brother, Oran Sanderson; her mother, Emma Locklear Sanderson; and her father, William David Sanderson. She leaves behind to cherish her memory a loving sister, Pauline Sanderson; six nieces; and six nephews, two of whom were like her own, Paula Lowry Sanderson (Cecil Lowry) and James William Paul Sanderson. She is also survived by a special great-nephew, Nakota William Sanderson; and two special great-nieces, Jalissa Tannigale Sanderson and Sequoyah Jane Sanderson, who was lovingly named in her honor. She also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends who will forever hold her close in their hearts. Emmer was a devoted member of Brother Billy Locklear Ministries for many years and held her pastor, Brother Billy Locklear, in the highest regard. She was one of the sweetest souls you could ever meet—kind, loving, and full of compassion. She had a heart that radiated warmth and generosity and was the best aunt anyone could ever ask for; she was a very classy lady. She supported many ministries throughout her life and held a deep admiration for Kenneth Copeland. Her life was a beautiful example of faith, love, and service to others.
