Elizabeth (Goins) Locklear

Elizabeth G. Locklear, 81 of Maxton, NC, was born on August 10, 1938 to the late Mr. Jessie and Mrs. Mary Goins.  She departed this life of Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at her home.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. James Aurthur Locklear and six brothers, Gilbert, Jack, Wardale, Jimmy, Jessie Jr. & Harvey.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda Goins Chavis of Red Springs, NC and Shelia Rose Locklear of the home; one half son Bryan K Locklear (Doggie) of Lumberton, NC; one sister, Wanda Locklear of Laurinburg, NC; one brother, Versy Goins (Shirley) of Maxton, NC; eight grandchildren to whom she was a mother, Victoria Rose Willenburg, LeJordan Logan Chavis, Dominique Anthony Chavis, Gina Lynn Bullard, Liz Ann Bullard, Carla Kay Wallace, Lyric Lee Mahar & Lee Ann Mahar; eighteen great grandchildren; too special daughters, Brenda Bullard and Ballerina McMillian and a host of other relatives and friends
