Mr. Earl Wayne Locklear of Maxton, NC departed this life on February 14, 2022 at the age of 58. He was born August 27, 1963 to the late Mr. William Stacy Locklear and Mrs. Mattie Lois Locklear.
Mr. Locklear leaves to cherish his memories one sister, Martha McMillian of Red Springs, NC; three brothers, Mr. Jackie Locklear, Jr. of Maxton, NC, Mr. Timothy Keith Locklear of Baltimore, MD and Mr. Jerry Locklear of Red Springs, NC; his niece Felicia Hohman of Maxton, NC; his girlfriend Ms. Wanda Davis of Wagram, NC; very special friends, Mr. Darren S. Locklear, Ms. Yolanda Castilo and Mr. Delton Bullard all of Maxton, NC and a host of other relatives and friends.
