Clyde "Jackson" Oxendine

Mr. Clyde “Jackson” Oxendine, 78 of Pembroke, NC was born on April 7, 1940 and gained his heavenlu wings on January 19, 2019.  He was preceded in death by his parents Mr. John and Mrs. Nether Clark; a sister, Ms. Daisy L. Oxendine; two brothers, Mr. Robert “Bob” Oxendine and Mr. Nosroe Oxendine.

     He leaves behind two daughters, Ms. Jacklyne Oxendine and Mrs. Janice Wilkins; a brother, Mr. Coolidge Clark, one grandchild, three great grandchildren and a host of special nieces and nephews.

     Jackson shared a great love for Nascar Racing, cheering on his favorite driver, Dale Earnhardt.  He loved fishing which is a joy he shared with his brother, Coolidge Clark. His sense of humor would leave you laughing till your sides hurt and his laughter could fill a room. His greatest achievement was being an awesome father and role model for his girls. We will always cherish and honor the memories and love he left behind and carry them in our hearts.
