Charles Bullard, 64, of Prospect Community, NC, passed away on December 1, 2025, and departed this life at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC. He is preceded in death by his parents, Varser and Martha Bullard, and two siblings, Randall Bullard and Barbara Locklear. He leaves behind two siblings, Debbie Locklear and William V. Bullard; his children, Charles Bullard Jr. and Bettina Bullard; and five grandchildren: Charles III, Leiathan, Leianna, Camari, and Kenson.
Charles lived life to the fullest. He was stern yet loving, stubborn yet humble, but above all, deeply lovable. Over the years he worked many jobs before joining Piedmont Natural Gas, where he dedicated more than 20 years of service. Along his routes he formed countless friendships and earned the nickname “Gasman.” Making friends came naturally to him—he had a gift for connecting with others wherever he went. Charles was a devoted provider, a hard worker, and a man whose presence left a lasting impact on everyone he met. He will be truly missed.
