Cairo Rueben Locklear

Master Cairo Reuben Locklear, of Lumberton, NC was born on
April 22, 2024 to Cheyenne Locklear and departed this life
on May 15, 2024 in Cape Fear NICU surrounded by his
loving family. He is preceded in death by his maternal Great-
grandmother Sarah Bullard, and his aunt, Kimberly Locklear.
He is survived by his mother, Cheyenne Locklear, his
grandparents Jerry and wife Elaine Locklear, an uncle
Memphis Locklear of the home; Great-grandparents Jerry
and wife Jean Locklear, Great-grandfather Harold Bullard,
and family members Chase, Aiden, Axel, Matt, Chisa,
Michael, Geno, Rene, and Cierra.

staff of Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
