Mr. Burney Ray Oxendine, 57, of 3241 Moss Neck Rd., Pembroke was born January 25, 1965 and entered eternity December 11, 2022. He was preceded in death by his mother, Effie Jane Oxendine and father, Archie Oxendine; special nephew, Andy Lynn Scott.
Burney leaves to cherish his memories his son, Brent Oxendine (Sherry); a daughter, Taylor Dewitt; four grandchildren, Bryson Elliott, Karli Ryan, Kyndall Reese Woodell and Brynn Anthony Drain; two sisters, Joan Scott (Thomas), and Stephanie Hester (Jimmy); two brothers, Don Oxendine (Frances) and Ronald Oxendine; his fiancé, Cindy Locklear and a host of relatives and friends.
