Bonnie Sue (Locklear) Locklear

Bonnie Sue “Moose” Locklear, 79, of Pembroke, North Carolina was born March 29, 1946, to the late Eddie and Flax Locklear. She entered her heavenly home on January 30, 2026.

In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Locklear, two brothers: Stanford Locklear and Wade Locklear; one daughter: Sherry Haywood; one daughter-in-law: Melissa Locklear; and a grandson: Jessie Haywood.

She is survived by her sons: Jeffery Locklear (Debbie), Eric Locklear, Jason Locklear (Nicole), and Tad Locklear (Shwanda); son-in-law Christopher Haywood, one sister Celia Gregory; three brothers: Lee Kermit Locklear, Zeke Locklear, Leewood Locklear; grandchildren: Justin, Haloyd, Ethan, Logan, Taylor, Leah, Brittany, Brayden, Jayden, Christopher, and Brandy; great grandchildren: Kellan, Kaiden, Kayleigh, Kenleigh, and Mckenleigh; special friend Katy Locklear, and a host of family and friends.

Mama will be remembered for her love of family, her love for cooking, and helping others.
