Betty Oxendine

Mrs. Betty Haggins Oxendine, 74, of Rowland, was born January 6, 1951 and ascended to glory on Friday, March 21, 2025. She was born to the late Mr. Jesse James Haggins and Mrs. Josephine Ivey Haggins. She was preceded in death by; her husband, Mr. Bradley Oxendine of 60 years; a daughter, Ms. Betty Jane Oxendine; two brothers, Mr. Bobby Ray Haggins and Mr. Earnie Ray Haggins; two sisters, Ms. Pearline Haggins, and Ms. Judy Rae Haggins; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Sandra Haggins; one brother-in-law, Mr. Ronald Locklear.

Mrs. Oxendine leaves to cherish her memories, a son, Mr. David Oxendine (Charlotte); two daughter, Mrs. Brenda Lee Oxendine and Mrs. Edith Jones (Billy); two brothers, Mr. Danny Ray Haggins (Regina) and Mr. Johnny Ray Haggins; an adopted brother, Mr. Randy Haggins; one sister, Mrs. Gearline H. Locklear; three grandchildren, Zachary E. Oxendine, Sequoyah O. Oxendine (Katina) and David L. Oxendine; two great grandchildren, Halo Alessandra Oxendine and Brian Bradley Oxendine and a host of relatives and friends.
