Betty Ann (Bullard) Bullard

Ms. Betty Bullard, 57, of Preston Road was born January 28, 1964 to her parents, Freddie and Agnes Bullard. She departed this life for her heavenly home on Friday, December 10, 2021. She was a devoted, loving, and caring daughter, sister, mother, grand-mother, and aunt. She loved people, never met a stranger, was a proud member of the Prospect Community including the Tuscarora Tribe, was always willing to help others and most importantly, she loved the Lord. 

Ms. Bullard leaves behind to cherish her memories her parents, children, Jasmine Locklear (Eric) of Lumberton, NC, Shaun Jones and girlfriend Kayla of Charlottesville, VA, and Courtney Jones and boyfriend Joseph of Pembroke, NC. Her grandchildren, Jace Locklear, Ethan Locklear, Zachariah Locklear, Mason Locklear, Jaylen Locklear, and Zayla Locklear.  She also leaves behind her siblings; brother, Rex Bullard (Shaw Dana), sister, Peggy Bullard, and sister, Susan Bullard, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. All of which love and miss her dearly.
