Barbara Ann Locklear

Ms. Barbara Ann Locklear, 61, of Lumberton, was born July 27, 1958 in Scotland County and passed away December 15, 2019 at her home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie “Will” Locklear and Pearline “Polly” Locklear; four brothers, Roger “Toz” Locklear, Jeffery “Bay Bay” Locklear, Vincent Locklear and Lee “Little Boy” Locklear and a special granddaughter Brianna “Bri Bri” McNeill.

She is survived by Timothy “Tim” Dial of the home; one son, Timothy “Papa” Locklear of Lumberton; one daughter, Tina Lynn Locklear (Johnny) of Angier, NC; two special daughters, Bethany “Beth” Locklear (Brett) of Maxton and Chelsey McNeill of Rowland; one special grandson, Oliver “Ollie” Locklear; two great grandsons, Brett McKinney, Jr. “Tank” and Bentley McKinney “Bent”; two brothers, Lou Gary Chavis of Maxton and Roger Dale Locklear of Lumberton; one sister, Judy Oxendine of Lumberton and a host of nieces, nephews and special friends.
