Arnold Gene Lucas

Mr. Arnold Gene Lucas was born August 12, 1953 in Scotland County and departed this life February 22, 2021.

 He was the son of the late Sarah Lucas Hunt. He is survived by one son, James Edward Lucas (Pecouse) of Pembroke, NC; one daughter,  Dawn Navie Cummings of Red Springs, NC; two sisters, Aggie Deese of Maxton, NC and Myra Hunt of Red Springs, NC; one brother, Melton Hunt of Maxton, NC; a special cousin, Sherrie Lucas of Maxton, NC; two grandchildren, James Peyton Lucas and Kendra Alyee Locklear.

Arnold was a policeman with Pembroke Police Department before he became sick. Mr. Lucas spent most of his life in Maxton, NC. At present time, he was a resident of Long Leaf Neuro Medical Treatment Center in Wilson, NC.
