Annie Locklear

Ms. Annie Sue Locklear, 80, of Maxton, was born October 30, 1943 to the late Colonel Patrick Locklear and Lena Locklear. Ms. Annie Sue departed this life on January 29, 2024 at her home. She was preceded in death by one brother, Stat Henry Locklear and one sister, Judy Merrell.

Ms. Annie Sue is survived by four sons, Joseph (Lindsey) Locklear, Dallas Locklear, Derrick Locklear, and Chris Locklear; two daughters, April (Patrick) Locklear, and Kim Locklear; seven grandchildren, Brant Lambert, Kiley Locklear, O’Brien Locklear, Patrick O’Neil Locklear, Halee Locklear, Joshua Locklear, and Alyssa Locklear; two great grandchildren, Spencer N. Locklear and Maverick C. Locklear; two sisters, Alice F. Dial, and Clarice Locklear; one brother, Bobby E. Locklear; A very special and lifelong friend of almost 40 years, Mr. Martin Brewington.
