He is preceded in death by his mother, Ms. Donna Kay Locklear; maternal grandparents, Ms. Viola Chavis and Mr. Howard Locklear, Mr. Andrew and Mrs. Delphia Chavis; two aunts, Ms. Sarah Locklear and Ms. Annette Locklear.

He leaves to cherish his memories a daughter, Miss Danala Kay Locklear and special friend, Ms. Rosanna hunt both of the home; his father, Mr Sammie Lane, two brothers, Mr. Jason Lane and Mr. Samuel Lane all of Maxton, NC; two uncles, Mr. Ronald D. Locklear (Sandra) of Bennettsville S.C. and Mr. Lynearl Locklear (Doris Ann) of Georgia; one aunt, Ms. Linda G. Locklear (Joe) of Maxton, NC; godmother, Ms. Tammy (mama hot) Locklear of Maxton, NC; a special cousin Ms. Sarah Sehgal (Rohit) and a host of relatives and friends.
