Mr. Elliot Randall Steen, 20, of Rowland, NC was born on August 4, 1994 to Mr. Randall (Nellie) Steen and to the late Mrs. Rose Mary Graham. He departed this life on Monday, June 8, 2015 at Memphis Tennessee.    

       He is preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Rose Mary Graham; paternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Edith and Ellard Steen; his maternal great grandmother, Mrs. Fannie Graham.        

        Mr. Steen is survived by his father, Mr. Randall (Nellie) Steen of the home; a brother, Mr. Uriah Steen of Maxton; a sister, Mrs. Phorcia Chavis-Harrington of Maxton; two nephews, Mr. Cody Blue of Jacksonville, NC and Mr. Luke Blue of Maxton; two special cousins, Mr. Dustin Steen and Mr. Jarrod Steen both of Rowland; and a host of relatives and friends.
